When will I receive my order?

Your order is shipped in 24/48 hours and will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Due to different campaigns that we all organize throughout the year: Black Friday, Christmas holidays, sales,... we receive more orders. It is therefore possible that the shipping may take longer. We apologize in advance.

How to change your delivery address?

Once your order has been validated, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment to change your delivery address.

How do I change my order?

Try to contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order, if it is not being sent.

In case the shipment is already in progress, please return the products as indicated in "What is our return policy? "and we will either exchange it or refund it.

If your order has already been shipped, please return it to us for a refund.

All orders in progress cannot be refunded.

How to ensure the authenticity of an SK watch?

The authenticity of the watch is guaranteed only if it was purchased on our website www.sk-shengke.com.

If you purchase an SK watch from an external seller such as Amazon, AliExpress, eBay...
You run the risk of receiving a counterfeit product.

We do not support purchases made on any other unofficial site.

What is our return policy?

Our return policy in case of product non-convenience, refund or otherwise does not exceed 30 days.

If an item does not suit you, you must return it to us within a specified period of time, in its original packaging, with the protections, the watch must not have been used.
(i.e. the protection to activate the watch must always be in place).

Upon receipt of the product, it will be inspected before agreement or refusal of its full refund.

This step can take several days to process.
Please note that we are in no way responsible for items lost during return shipping.

For security reasons, please proceed by registered mail with a tracking number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your watch in mint condition* .

We will make the refund to your bank account with which you placed your order, it will be visible within approximately 3 to 7 working days.

What is the currency displayed on our website?

All prices displayed on our website are in Dollars.
We are in no way responsible for any charges or taxes you may have depending on the country of the delivery address or for any differences in the value of the currency conversion rates.

We use Stipe and Paypal for all your transactions.

How do I change the battery?

We use a standard silver oxide battery. You can go to your nearest jewellery store.

How do I use a coupon code?

Please go to your shopping cart, before validating your order, please enter your promo code in the box defined and press apply.
Our coupon codes have a limited duration.

How to adjust your Milanese mesh bracelet easily ?

- Lift the clasp.
To lift the clasp of your Milanese bracelet, use a small metal rod or the tip of a knife. Gently lever down to unlock the clasp.

- Slide the clasp.
Once the clasp is unlocked, turn your Milanese bracelet over and slide it to the desired size, towards the watch to reduce the size or outwards to increase it.
Take care to position the clasp on a notch to fix it.

- Close the clasp. You can then close the clasp with the tip of your knife. Gently lever upwards to close it.
